By creating an account or using Crestmail, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Service

Crestmail provides tools for creating, managing, scheduling and analyzing email campaigns. Features may change as the service is improved.

3. Account responsibilities

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.
  • Provide accurate account information.
  • You are responsible for activity through your account.
  • Notify Crestmail about unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You must use Crestmail lawfully and comply with applicable email marketing, privacy, consumer protection and anti-spam requirements. Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, malicious or abusive content or unauthorized messaging.

5. Your content and contacts

You remain responsible for campaign content and contact data you upload. You are responsible for having an appropriate lawful basis for using subscriber information where required.

6. Delivery

Email delivery can be affected by recipient servers, spam filters, reputation systems and other factors outside Crestmail’s control. Delivery to every inbox is not guaranteed.

7. Intellectual property

Crestmail software, branding, interface and related materials may be protected by intellectual property laws. Do not copy, distribute or reverse engineer the service except where legally permitted.

8. Fees

Paid plans, pricing, billing periods, renewal terms, usage limits and cancellation rules will be presented with the applicable plan.

9. Suspension and termination

Crestmail may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, service protection, legal compliance or violation of these terms.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, applicable limitations and exclusions apply. Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Changes

We may update these terms when the service, law or business practices change.
